Fr. Henry Wasielewski, of our IFIC, testified. He gave copies of
our Color Brochure to the senators and their aides.

 He guided them through each page of the information: secret
wholesale casket prices; the outrageous prices that most
mortuaries charge for funerals and caskets; the fraudulent,
costly, "Protective Seal" gasket caskets that destroy every body;
FAIR casket and funeral prices offered by our Good Shepherd
Funeral Program; other advice and information.

Wasielewski said that if every family had this brochure, no
U.S. families would be robbed by every mortuary in their areas.

Senator Chris Dodd, Chairman, after reading the brochure,
suggested to the Federal Trade Commission representative
that the FTC SHOULD PUBLISH a brochure like ours and
make it available to all U.S. families.
